Look Book: Shakira’s ‘Empire’ Music Video

Look 2: Bridal Bombshell
Shakira is not walking down the aisle anytime soon so she uses her music video as a means to dress up like a bride. Shakira dons a 2014 interpretation of bridal wear as the skirt is sheer. The strapless gown is full of cascading ruffles of the purest white. There are no embellishments to distract from Shakira’s natural beauty. Her hair is in soft waves on one shoulder and the look is complete with a simple veil and white roses. The look does take on another form when it is engulfed in flames – Hunger Games inspired?

Look 3: Sexy Vixen
Here is the hot look Shakira fans are looking for. She’s in fish net tights and bare-legged. The dress is a leotard with an attached skirt. The flowy fabric adds dimension to the look and video choreography. The make-up stays natural and Shakira’s hair is in tousled curls.

The lack of bold lip colors and striking accessories don’t take away from any of the looks. Shakira is aging with such grace and her body language is enough to captivate our attention!
